Dustin Smith founded DL Smith Company as a real estate consulting, investment, and development company focused on dynamic residential, multifamily, senior, and mixed use developments that provide positive impacts to neighborhood communities.

Our business is focused in three primary areas:

1. Acting as Managing Principals for our own account.

2. Joint Venture development with private and institutional capital partners.

3. Third-Party development management and consulting.

Dustin has managed the acquisition, investment, and development of institutional quality urban infill properties with a total value in excess of $3.5 billion.

Dustin received his undergraduate degree in Construction Management from Boise State University, a Master of Real Estate from the University of Denver, and has completed graduate level coursework at Cornell University.

Dustin holds a State of California Real Estate Broker's License.
