We have a very distinctive skill set developed over years of evaluating, analyzing, and developing properties that allows us to help determine a unique investment thesis to maximize the value for each transaction that includes incorporating the underlying zoning, development intensity, appropriate product type for the sub-market, and preliminary underwriting.
